Open the car settings from the home screen. Most questions about charging come down to one of these settings.
Battery
Usable battery capacity is the size of your car's battery in kWh. The app uses it to work out how long charging takes. Correct it if it does not match your car.
Smart charging
- Smart charging: switch it off and the car charges straight away whenever it is plugged in, without looking at prices.
- Inactive hours: weekly hours when the app leaves your car alone, for example while it charges at work.
Settings
- Ready by: the time your car must be ready, per day. The app charges in the cheapest hours before it.
- Maximum price: hours above this price are skipped. If prices stay above it, the car may not be full by the ready-by time.
Remove this car
Remove this car disconnects the car from the app and stops all smart charging. You can add it again at any time.
Help
The Help button at the top of the screen shows tips for your car brand.
The target battery level stays in your car or your car brand's app. If your car stops at 80%, check the charge limit there.
